Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project planning and development activities, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to assess project viability and identify potential challenges.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Perform site inspections, quality control inspections, and safety audits to identify and address deficiencies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in project engineering or related roles, preferably in the construction or structural steel industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, structural design principles, and engineering software, such as Tekla.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
