Job Description
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee the daily operations of transportation services, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for drivers and passengers.
3. Monitor and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
4. Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other staff to ensure timely and reliable transportation services.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to transportation services promptly and effectively.
6. Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and related software for route optimization and scheduling.
2. Understanding vehicle maintenance and repair protocols to ensure fleet reliability and compliance with safety regulations.
3. Knowledge of regulatory mandates and industry benchmarks governing transportation operations.
