What We Offer

Job Scope:

  • Provide secretarial & admin support to Logistics Department.
  • Prepare & manage correspondences, emails & documents.
  • Compiling & preparing reports, presentations.
  • Exercise judgement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure all matters are followed up promptly.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similiar role (preferably with construction sector).
  • Diploma & Above.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Approachable and Energetic Personality.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • A valid class 3 driving license is an advantage.
