Job Descriptions:
· Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
· Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for the WSH Officer to close up the report and assist the WSH Officer on incident/accident investigation.
· Responsible for daily checklists are properly documented and carry out mass toolbox meetings once a week.
· Coordination with the relevant site in charge of improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
· Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures and compliance.
· Assist WSHO to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
· Compiles all relevant reports and records and carries out daily safety inspection
· Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures by MOM Regulations
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements:
· Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes
· Min. 3 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry
· Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
