Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Service Techician (Automation).
Summary
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair work of production Automation machines
- Meet Target set by supervisor
- Identify and initiate with all departments to achieve optimum productivity
- Ensure all products meet the standard cycle time and minimise machine down time
Responsibilities
- To carry out repair & maintenance tasks assigned by superior
- To record all repair & maintenance tasks on appropriate records
- To provide support to ensure production machines & equipment is repaired timely
- To attend to unforeseen machine breakdown during odd hour
- To carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as scheduled
- To support all Automation Integration
- To recommend improvement to enhance productivity & yield
- Compliance to all regulatory and in house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers
- Prepare Automation document, reports and records on daily basics
Requirements
- Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Plastic Technology engineering or equivalent qualification
Advantage
- Relevant working experience in plastic injection molding & PLC programming
- Hand on experience in Factory Automation
