- Plan, organize, establish and maintain the Company Human Resource Management System and ensuring staff compliance to Company's human resource policies and procedures
- Facilitate Company's recruitment, selection and on-boarding programs through placement of recruitment advertisement online print media, vetting/short-listing potential hire, schedule job interview, preparation of employment contract and conducting orientation/introduction of new staff
- Maintain and update staff particulars in ERP registry and monitor Company's manpower quota
- Manage staff welfare and regulations through handling of grievances, counselling and disciplinary actions, monitoring employees's probation, training and confirmation, process employee requests for sponsorship training
- Facilitate and process HR appraisal within the Company
- Planning and organizing Company's event
- Maintain and contribute to the effectiveness of Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Good communication skills ( written & verbal)
- Effective public relations and public speaking skills
- Attend recruitment events to solicit interest from external talent pools
- Deliver and develop orientation briefings and programmes for new hires
- Implement employee well-being workshops, programs and policies
- Implement programs and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement
- Perform other duties assigned by Office Manager and Management
