We are looking for a junior Investment Research Analyst to join the family office based in Singapore. As an Investment Research Analyst, you will assist the senior investment professionals in by performing market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on target investments. You will work closely with the team to provide investments recommendations and to ensure that the investments align with the family office's financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investment opportunities across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, and alternative investments.
- Evaluate and analyse financial statements, company performance, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors to identify investment prospects and risks.
- Assist the team in preparing detailed investment reports and recommendations to the family office.
- Monitor and track existing investments, including assisting in doing performance analysis.
- To present regular updates on market conditions, industry dynamics, and regulatory changes to the family office.
- Assist in portfolio management activities, including asset allocation, risk assessment, and performance evaluation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or CFA qualifications.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing financial databases, research tools, and software to gather and analyse investment data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare comprehensive investment reports and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the family office.
