HR General Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be in charge of full spectrum of the HR function
- Provide support recruiting activities
- Facilitate the implementation and Annual performance review
- Review company policy, benefits
- Manage HR department
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- More than 10 years of HR experience and 5 years management experienc in Singapore.
- Business level of English is a must as required to communicate internal/external.
- Business level of Japanese is a must as required to communicate internal/external.
- Strong leadership skills and self-motivation
Others
- Salary: SGD10k-13k/month (depending on the experience)
- Working hours: Mon-Fri
