RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop HR process including process design, implementation and change management
- Involved in full spectrum of HR management which include but not limited in workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management, C&B as well as employee relations.
- Partner with the COE team to help manage full employee life cycle and develop skilled talents
- Be an advisor to the stakeholders on the current industry trends and practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 8 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a MNC envrionment.
- Good experience in Organizational Development.
- Experience with spearheading HR transformation projects.
