Responsibilities:
- Ensure project control functions (scheduling and progress, cost control, risk management, sales KPIs etc.) are established in accordance with contract and project requirements
- Generate progress reports for review by management
- Preparing project budget for sales proposals
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for higher management
- Procurement of specific equipment/parts as required by the project
- Review technical drawings and provide management with insight on the build
- Manage all communication with potential/existing clients, vendors and business partners
- Keep abreast with latest rules and regulations for government ministries/statutory boards in relation to project in the countries where projects are undertaken
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Other requirements and competencies:
- Possess Class 3 Singapore qualified driving license
- Have excellent communication skills in both oral and written English, as well as oral and written Tamil
- Able to confidently present findings and reports to management and respond to any technical queries in an articulate and knowledgeable manner
- Goal-oriented team player who works well with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver accurate results in a timely manner
- Strong analytical mind and resourcefulness for research into project expansion for territories outside Singapore
