About the Role
Product Director, High-Volume Semiconductor Test Equipment Solutions
They are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Director to lead the strategic direction and development of their industry-leading semiconductor test solutions portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by driving product innovation, ensuring market alignment, and fostering a culture of excellence within the product development team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for company’s semiconductor test solutions, aligning with overall business strategy and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product development, utilizing market research, customer feedback, and internal data to inform product decisions.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing), and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including product launches, sustainment, and end-of-life planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product development team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the semiconductor test industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in product management within the semiconductor test industry.
- Good technical knowledge of automation and thermal control.
- Product Costing, Product Life Cycle, Product Management, Team Management, and Test Automation
- Proven track record of successfully bringing complex products to market.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor testing landscape and its evolving needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into actionable product plans.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with a strong analytical mind.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
