- Salary budget up to $170,000 per annum
- System implemention & Digital transformation experience required
Responsibilities:
- Full sets of accounts
- Knowledge of IFRS and SFRS
- Monthly, Quarterly and year end closing of accounts.
- Review journals and reconciliation tasks
- Involve with internal and external audits
- Involve with Internal Control (JSOX) compliance and audit.
- Review Corporate Income Tax (Estimated Chargeable Income “ECI” and Annual Tax Return (“FORM C”) and related tax schedules.
- Review CBCR report, Tax Heaven (CFC) report.
- Review Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Withholding tax compliance and ad-hoc request to IRAS
- Review Corporate tax treatment and implication arising from domestic and cross border transactions
- Review GST returns and supplies and purchase schedules against reportable items.
- AD-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or related fields
- Possess 10-15 years of related working experience in accounting and taxation
- Management/Leadership skills is required
- Exposure to system implementation projects and RPA solutions will be an advantage.
- Digital transformation experience required.
- Willing to travel for business trip
