Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek an Assistant Logistic Manager (19 Months Contract) to support the business in Singapore
Job Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Performing system adjustment for all transfer, litigations, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Check against the stock reconciliation report and follow up in the event on any discrepancies
Operational Logistics Management
- Supervising and coordinating with 3PL for smooth process and timely deliveries of inbound and outbound shipments; WWS, stock offers and transfers, selling and non selling merchandise.
- Responsible for all export operations pertaining to export documentation and dealing with forwarders and suppliers.
- Participate and oversee all phase out operations, sales preparation for physical and staff sales, stock takes and cycle counts and annual destruction exercise.
Product Governance and Compliance
- Understand the local product compliance and regulations.
- Support all matters relating to ATA Carnet, Cites and FDA applications.
Job Requirements
- University graduate with 6-8 years or above logistics experience
- Good knowledge in Export/Import Transportation, Warehouse Management & Customs Clearance
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel and Power Point, WMS will be a plus
- To be able to work under pressure
