Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial and management reports.
- Assist in cash flow management, including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in quarterly GST submission.
- Prepare and maintain audit and tax schedules and supporting documents.
- Assist in addressing accounting and project queries.
- Undertake any ad-hoc/ adm duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in general accounting.
- Hands on experience in computerized accounting software
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as with a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
