Regional HSSE & Risk Coordinator
Work Dynamics
Contractual compliance HSSE/Risk and auditing support
- Support regional HSSE, Ops Aide and client generated compliance reviews at a site/FM level as required.
- Support inspections and audits to measure compliance with procedures and determine corrective action.
- Support training of facilities management staffs on site to be able to perform their HSSE compliance tasks.
- Support FM teams to identify and close out any non- conformance issues identified across the account.
Client service delivery
- Support consistent service delivery across all sites in line with current facilities management framework.
- As required, maintain minuted HSSE meetings with the client and account staff using teleconference facilities where required.
- Support the review of incident reports and associated actions.
- Contractor performance measurement and management
- Support development and implementation of processes and procedures to allow regional Facilities & HSSE management staff to monitor contractors to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
- Support contractor performance and reviews as required.
Staff training & technical support
- Assist all facilities staff in achieving contractual compliance through regular on-site meetings and teleconferences.
- Support delivery of regional training programs on latest industry practice or legislation.
- Support development of operating procedures as required.
Operations Interface
- Maintain a close working relationship with the site operations teams.
- Help to ensure sites obtain annual building compliance certifications and maintaining landlord compliance registers as required on a country-by-country basis
- Assist with the implement of client and JLL HSSE and EOS policies, practices, and programs at account level.
- Assist with the achievement of high HSSE standards in the prevention of accidents, incidents and events that could harm employees and/or property of client.
- Any other tasks not stated here that are consistent and in line with the role of HSSE/Risk Coordinator (such as dangerous goods support coordination)
