Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
- Execute test plans manually and automate testing processes where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Implement continuous integration and delivery processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on test results and project status to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Studies, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software tester, preferably in Salesforce platform.
- Completed at least one project using Scrum or equivalent Agile software development framework.
- Good understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in test automation and scripting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
