- Understanding and executing efficient methods to reduce time spent on estimation process.
- Analyze watches in order to perform the technical estimates (for watches requiring manual estimates), while specifying services and operations to perform, as well as components to change
- Assess and provide sound recommendations for the estimate where necessary
- Technical tasks not limiting to the reassembly of watches with refused estimates
- Performing small interventions (change of strap/bracelet and/or battery, time setting, etc.)
- Provide administrative and operational support to CS operations
- Report all data anomalies observed with components and operations within work orders (WO) to ensure an up-to-date database
Requirements:
- Min 2 Years technical Proficiency in Timepieces, with hands-on exposure and technical know-how.
- Prior background in Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous.
