Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take precise food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness to customer preferences.
- Proficient in utilizing POS ordering systems to streamline the order process.
- Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol consumption.
- Effectively relay order details to kitchen staff for prompt preparation.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Present bills and process payments efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Clear tables and transport used utensils to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Adhere to all pertinent health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic dining environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in designated work areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Engaging personality and positive attitude, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
