- Salary range: $3000- $3500
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with requestors to establish a well-defined scope for effective and efficient sourcing.
- Source from qualified and reliable sources to meet requirements and specifications.
- Confidently engages supplier and negotiate for the best deal for the company.
- Perform supply chain cost analysis and implement cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies.
- Establish pricing for RFQ and support users' activities.
- Well verse in contractual T&C and establish contracts with key suppliers.
- Ability to interpret within established procedures (including regulatory requirements) and practices.
- Work closely with the users and ensuring on-time deliveries of goods and services with the right quality at the right
time. Includes supporting on warranty claims if required. - Management of Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order as well as purchase forecast to suppliers inclusive of rescheduling to meet changes in demand.
- Exercise good vendor management and monitor performance of suppliers to meet objectives in the area of quality, inventory control
Requirements
- Diploma in Procurement or any related
- At least 3 years working experiences in similar field and must have experience in sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work beyond normal call of duty.
- Knowledge in SAP and some knowledge in Microsoft skills.
