Job Description
Applicants are invited for the position of Associate Scientist to participate in research and development of solutions to challenging problems associated with Drone Autonomy, Swarm Autonomy, Radio Navigation, Fault Prediction and Fault Tolerant Control for Drones. These are multi-disciplinary areas and applicants who can contribute in any aspect are welcomed.
Applicants are expected to conduct both research and engineering work, and participate in outdoor field trials.
Qualifications
The applicant should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in the area of Mathematics, Physics, or Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science with background in dynamics, estimation, navigation, guidance, control, signal processing, optimization, algorithms, computer vision, artificial intelligence, data science, software development, drone development or embedded system development.
Ability to work independently as well as in teams and good communication skills are essential.
