Location: China, occasional travel to India required
We need someone who works on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, boilers and boiler rooms, construction technology, installation engineering budgeting, and construction organization management.
The responsibilities include developing specific construction plans for HVAC projects, providing on-site guidance during HVAC construction, and offering technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical analysis of HVAC engineering projects.
- Handle HVAC engineering tendering and contracts, select construction teams, etc.
- Draft HVAC construction plans, supervise implementation, and resolve construction issues.
- Manage HVAC-related procedures.
- Review HVAC engineering drawings.
- Acceptance of HVAC construction projects.
- Coordinate communication between construction units and supervisory units.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 year of related working experiences .
- Experience in troubling shooting HVAC system and equipments.
- Willing to work shift.
- Willingness to travel to India occasionally.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speakers/China.
