Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Lead and manage the planning and implementation of surveys, which includes questionnaire design, overseeing of fieldwork, data processing and cleaning, as well as conducting analysis to derive accurate and timely findings and insights
- Support data requests using in-house statistical tools to prepare the data based on the various data points and cuts as required by line divisions or stakeholders
- Management and review of survey databases and creation of data visualization platform
- Prepare the layout and proofreading of surveys
- Programme of the online survey questionnaire in the in-house survey system
- Conduct checks on survey returns to verify data accuracy and maintain data integrity
- Perform desktop research for supplementary information (when necessary)
- Monitor fieldwork completion rates to ensure timely survey completion
- Monitoring the response rate of ongoing surveys as well as ensuring the quality of the data collected
Skills & experience needed:
- Preferably to have degree/Post Economics/Statistics or equivalent
- Good knowledge of quantitative research methodologies
- Self-starter with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for presenting findings, explaining methodologies, and collaborating with team members
- Ability to manage survey projects efficiently, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Meticulous attention to details
- Working knowledge of software such as SPSS, R, Python, Tableau
