Small trading company in Ubi looking for part time Accounts data entry. Reporting to the General Manager (Accounts in charge).
Job Description
- Accounts receivable: Record payments, prepare statement of accounts
- Accounts payable: Prepare and record payments, record suppliers' invoices and expenses
- Tax: Quarterly GST filing, year end filing, ensure timely tax payments
- Perform periodic data backup
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in microsoft excel
- Knowledge in Autocount will be beneficial
- Well organised and able to work independently
- Show great attention to details
Work location: Paya Ubi Industrial Estate
Working hours: 3 days a week flexible arrangement, 8.30am - 12.30pm
