Job Description:
- Administrative duties
- Support in the maintenance of office equipment and facilities:
- Stocktaking of office supplies (Stationeries, Toners & Air Purifiers)
- Assist to liaise with vendors request for quotes /verify details
- Escort contractors for routine servicing
- Changing of Air Purifier Filters
- Accept delivery (Office / Pantry Supplies)
- Tidying of Stationery Cabinets
Support office administration:
- Opening of mailbox
- Courier Booking (e.g WSH, Vroom)
- Assist to prepare stationeries for incoming staff in cubicle
- Scanning of Invoices / Delivery Orders
Support office renovation:
- Updating of Registry Master List & uploaded into iShare+
- Transferring documents from compactors to Crown cartons
- Compile / Update offsite storage list + barcode list
Working Arrangement:
Location: Maxwell Road
Salary: $2300 - $2500/Month
Working Hours:
5-days work week, 8.5 hours on Mondays to Thursdays, 8 hours on Fridays
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Option to extend for another 6 months)
Job Requirements:
- preferably have at least 1 year of work experience in corporate support and administrative work;
- be motivated, with a strong sense of initiative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- be meticulous, well-organised and resourceful;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
- be proficient in MS Office.
