Senior Manager, IT Project Management (Permanent)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders from within and outside the cluster/department to plan, co-ordinate, monitor and ensure that the project deliverables are successfully delivered and met on time.
- Provide continued support for the NGEMR system post go live
- Project Management: Provide advisory, assist to drive and support initiatives of departments. (e.g. New services); Work with departments to ensure that funding and appropriate resources are budgeted for and included in work plans.
- IT Budgeting: Work with Departments IT SPOCs or representatives to plan; and ensure that the departments IT budget are submitted timely; Monitor and track utilisation of department IT budget.
- Cluster Managed Systems (CMS): Manage with System Owner that the overall security posture of the CMS system is in compliance with prevailing IT security policies and standards are met.
- User Access Management & Governance: Data Compliance & User Access Governance – Lead the team in establishing, reviewing and audit of the user access policy and procedures.
- IT Audit Management: Lead and conduct audits as per required (Routine/Ad Hoc)
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 15 years of working experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare industry, business analysis, project coordination, communications or change management are added advantages.
- Able to drive strategy, design, implementation to deployment
- Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership – internal and external
- Stakeholders.
