Finance Assistant
This position reports to the Regional Finance Manager.
We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Finance Assistant with a genuine interest in business and accounting to join our Finance team and be involved in our daily finance and accounting operation duties.

Responsibilities:
· Partial set of accounts, AP entries, bank reconciliation
· Processing of employees’ monthly expense claims
· To ensure absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
· Prepare outgoing payables and providing payment advice
· Manage vendor balance reconciliation and follow-up with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management etc.
· A team player, portraying a friendly disposition with demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
· Knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
· Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
· Meticulous with strong attention to detail
· Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous
