Well then you are in luck! My client, a major Luxury Fashion Holding, have opened a rare position in their SEA team.
You will be part of the Global Store Apps Rollout team to deliver timely and accurate Tech solutions in store and in SEA. You will be in charge of ensuring proper rollout and on-boarding of any new solution impacting the brands’ store population, with the coordination of internal and external resources.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills to liaise and coordinate between application team and Store Project Manager's (PM) team, have high attention to detail while cross checking / conducting quality assurance with the store PM, and have functional knowledge of retail applications (mainly Oracle Xstore).
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate the preparation of the applications in-time for the Store Projects delivery on behalf of the Store PM team
- To reduce the complexity of the Store Project delivery to the Store PM
- Perform additional testing to the ones performed by each application team (e.g. cross-application testing as tender types configured consistently between POS & JDA/SAP)
- Collaborate with Application teams to define together a testing strategy to reach good quality deliverables before the PC is shipped to the store (off-site)
- Coordinate with Store PM team to define the date for the equipment shipping to the store, ensuring all final checks are completed before shipment
- Manage a rollout log to build accurate & timely reports
YOUR KEY REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate should have at least one to three years of experience in global IT solutions for stores (preferably in fashion or luxury segment)
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Xstore or other retail applications
- He/she is knowledgeable on main processes used in retail area
- Previous experience in medium/large, multinational companies
- Ability to communicate with Brands business teams, company's Tech apps team and stores users
- Ability to travel world-wide
