Your Role
We are looking for a R&D Admin to compile, maintain, and update company and departmental records.
What Will You Do
- To liaise with overseas universities and research institutes for research collaborations and activities.
- To compile, maintain, and update company and departmental records in accordance with research collaboration project schedule.
- To plan and coordinate research related events, plant tours and other public activities.
- To do filling and sorting out documents.
- Occasionally travel overseas for business trips.
- To carry our miscellaneous and basic administrative tasks.
What Do We Want
- Academic writing skills is preferred, typing speed test may be required during the interview.
- Meticulous and able to work independently under tight project schedule.
- Able to travel overseas for business trips.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
