Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop mid-to-long term strategic planning for the group, propose solutions and opinions on the strategic development and product portfolio management of the group, organize discussions, and be responsible for establishing and improving the group's strategic management system.
2. Conduct in-depth research and continuous tracking of the internet/software industry and related industry chains, lead the team to collect and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, new technologies, new products, market dynamics, etc., accurately judge industry trends, regularly produce industry analysis reports, competitive analysis reports, etc., to support decision-making.
3. Research and explore new tracks and opportunities for the group, and be responsible for relevant special studies as required by senior management and business lines.
4. Responsible for group investment mergers and acquisitions, and strategic cooperation-related work.
5. Responsible for internal innovation product incubation-related work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of work experience in strategic planning, industry research, strategic investment, etc., and at least 3 years of related experience in Pan-entertainment literature industry.
2. Excellent strategic planning and analysis skills, strong innovation awareness, interested in the pan-entertainment overseas direction; possessing extensive internet/software industry network resources.
3. Familiar with investment mergers and acquisitions related work, experience in post-investment management or project exit is preferred.
4. Strong overall management ability, analytical judgment ability, communication and coordination ability, writing ability, and strategic thinking.
