What You Will Do:
As a Senior Facilitator, you will help clients lead and manage transitions by identifying, developing, and implementing both organisational and people interventions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting/ Facilitation: Designing and facilitating training/ organisational development solutions/ programmes, including proposal writing, programme development, and intervention design, etc. to effectively meet the needs of our prospects and clients.
- Project Management: Leading project teams to design and facilitate workshops in Business Transformation solutions in one or more of the following domains: Change Management, Team Development, Leadership Training & Development, and Customer Experience.
- Client Management: Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and proposing tailored solutions to meet their objectives effectively.
- Practice Development: Contributing actively to the development of our practices by exploring and introducing new tools and methodologies to enhance our training and facilitation capabilities.
- Project Administration: Reviewing project status reports and assisting with project administration tasks to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery of services.
What It Takes to Be in This Role:
- Preferably ACTA or ACLP certified
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and facilitating workshop in Business Transformation solutions
- Demonstrated experience in programme design
- Experience in conducting leadership and/ or customer experience trainings will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communicator and effective leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident and demonstrate excellent presentation skills
- Independent but a good team player, capable of meeting delivery targets
