- Responsible for engagements with Standards bodies (GSMA, NGMN, ORAN-Alliance).
- Responsible for developing strategic technology partnerships and alliances with vendors, operators, academia, R&D bodies.
- Facilitate the execution of Network’s innovation governance framework and processes.
- Support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the implementation and monitoring of Innovation initiatives.
- Responsible for coordination of Networks innovation initiatives.
- Responsible for facilitating the evaluation of new technologies and industry initiatives that emerge.
- Responsible for developing AOP plans in the area of Standards & Innovation.
- Responsible for budgeting for any initiatives, trials, POC and labs relating to the development of innovations.
Skills for Success:
- Possess Engineering/Computing degree.
- 10 years relevant experience in Telco domain in a variety of roles.
- 5 years relevant experience in technology management and strategy.
- Have experience in Mobile Network, IP Networking, NFV/SDN and Cybersecurity.
