Position: Security Design Executive
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400
Job Scope:
- Develop and maintain the system's security setup for configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and user access.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and update the system's security measures.
- Act as a central contact for functional security design, ensuring cohesion across all work streams and considering cross-functional impacts.
- Streamline and enhance the system's security design for efficiency.
- Address audit requirements related to the system's security configuration.
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with data management policies.
- Review system roles and access logs for accuracy.
- Stay updated on customer alerts and product releases affecting security.
- Participate in activities related to Release Management.
- Adhere to technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy best practices.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years total HR SaaS implementation/maintenance experience such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors
