For LTA project to be station at the site office:
- Procurement of subcontractors/ suppliers for day-to-day purchasing
- Preparation of comparison tables for quotations submitted by subcontractors/ suppliers and recommendations to Project Management for approval
- Taking off quantities, prepare Bill of Quantities and scope of work for subcontractors/ suppliers
- Preparation of Letter Of Award and/or subcontract agreements for awarded subcontract works
- Liaison with subcontractors and clients on the cost and contractual issues
- Assessment of subcontractors/ suppliers' monthly progress claims including VO claims and prepare payment recommendations for the same
- Preparation of final settlement of accounts for subcontractors
- Assist in the preparation of budgetary cost reports
