Job Description:
- Oversee the design, construction, and qualification of new sterilization areas to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety.
- Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder needs and gather project-related information.
- Ensure facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and staff are trained.
- Coordinate with qualified persons (QP) and consultants during design, permitting, and construction phases.
- Provide consultation on facility equipment and incorporate pollution control strategies.
- Conduct Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and explosion-proof assessments for sterilization system installations.
- Prepare tenders, evaluate bids, and award contracts.
- Qualify new construction based on company standards.
- Follow up with QP to ensure regulatory compliance and permits.
- Minimize disruptions to existing production and business during construction and demolition.
- Design, purchase, and integrate sterilization system equipment to ensure functionality.
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in relevant fields
- Min 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in facility design, construction management, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and building codes related to facility construction and sterilization systems.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
