BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This position as an Accounts Admin Executive reports to the Corporate Manager in the department. He or she is accountable to provide accounts & administrative support to Kingsmen Global Pte Ltd, and to also work closely with the Accounts & Operations Team to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.
JOB SCOPE
- Handle the daily AP of our vendors, and working closely with accounts colleagues to monitor the AR of our customers
- Handle accounts bookkeeping and to ensure accuracy for both local and overseas agents invoices
- Liaise with external vendors for any office related issues (building management, phone vendor, etc)
- Manage office consumables including but not limited to stationeries and office supplies; general maintenance of office equipment, liaising with vendors on maintenance
- Filing and housekeeping of hardcopy documents and to handle the E-docs/E-filing (scanning of documents into the system)
- To carry out ad-hoc/administrative duties designated by the Corporate Manager or Management Team within given deadlines
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year accounts & admin experience is required for this position.
- Preferably specialised in Accounts/Administration or equivalent, will be an added advantage.
- Possess high level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information.
- Fluency in both written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word / Excel), preferably Microsoft Outlook as well.
- Salary offer will scale accordingly to your relevant work experience in accounts & admin.
