Job Summary:
As a Food Food Production Supervisor in our factory, you'll lead the team to make sure we produce top-quality food safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team:Manage and support production staff.
- Plan Production:Schedule production to meet orders and inventory.
- Ensure Quality:Make sure products meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain Equipment:Keep machines running smoothly and safely.
- Safety First:Enforce safety and hygiene rules.
- Manage Inventory:Keep track of ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor Performance:Keep an eye on production numbers and quality.
- Solve Problems:Address issues quickly and find solutions.
- Train Staff:Help new hires learn their roles and responsibilities.
- Improve Processes:Look for ways to make production better and more efficient.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience supervising food production is a must.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in food production.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and production management.
- Flexible schedule.
