- Report directly to the Group Tax Manager and actively collaborate with accounting and tax team members throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements by preparing required tax returns and computations.
- Handle tax queries, audits, disputes, and resolutions with relevant tax authorities for both Singapore and overseas locations.
- Review and prepare quarterly GST filings and address ad-hoc GST inquiries.
- Coordinate or prepare the Group's transfer pricing documentation to comply with applicable tax regulations.
- Monitor taxes, withholding tax, and effectively manage tax audits.
- Assist in periodic tax reporting and preparing tax provisions.
- Provide support for tax-related activities in M&A and strategic projects, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably gained from public accounting firms and/or commercial entities, with a focus on taxation.
- Proficiency in local tax laws.
