Salt is looking for an UX (User Experience) Designer to join their leading client in the International Growth: APAC team on a 12months contract role.
The Opportunity
The client team is looking for a User Experience Design Contractor to join their APAC Creative & Document Cloud team and provide immediate impact to user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, used by hundreds of millions of users.
The right candidate is a designer who can drive quality experiences with the user-centered approach, business acumen, and ability to ruthlessly prioritize.
This is a 12-months contract position with the possibility for full-time conversion.
What you’ll do
- Create user experience goals, priorities, and deliverables that align with product milestones, coordinate multiple projects to completion, and drive adoption of user experience practices.
- Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers in drafting & brainstorming initial concepts.
- Convey design ideas and end-to-end user experience via sketches, storyboards, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations.
- Create designs that meet product objectives, fit within Design guidelines, and respond to user feedback and usability testing findings.
- Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle.
- Be an advocate for the user. Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests.
- The candidate will be working with APAC markets including Korea and thus Native Korean Speakers are a good fit for this role
- Full native proficiency in English is a must; additional language skills like Korean
