Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Asia Pacific Operating Group, CIF Division

Responsibilities:

· Drive Sales - ensure solid sales pipeline to meet the revenue requirements in the current and future years.

· Set and Lead Sales forecasting and sales plans for the OG and the regions.

· Develops relationships with targeted clients by facilitating introductions, building rapport through additional contact, arranging /attending business events, and participating in industry functions.

· Services targeted clients by conducting sales calls to establish an understanding of the account’s business strategies and organizational structure, as well as to position BV’s capabilities.

· Customize BV services for clients by adjusting and focusing sales efforts to target client’s business needs.

· Increases BV's business by developing broad, deep, long-term relationships within the client’s organization.

· Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients’ needs. Responds to client Requests for Information, Quotations, and Proposals while meeting strict deadlines.

·Lead and promote Cross selling services across different business lines and regions.

· Work with the regions and other operating group to collaborate for large tenders.

· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, market trends, etc.

· Establishes objectives within the market by identifying key organizations and researching and analysing these organizations; understands current and future market trends for key organizations. Identify and qualify potential clients that fit BV’s portfolio.

· Drive the Sales Excellence Initiative program.

· Portfolio management – work with the P&L Leaders and Sales team to drive the Company’s Portfolio in accordance with our LEAP|28 strategy - Business lines development in established markets for undisputed leadership.

· Drive sustainability business for our customers.

· Drive sales incentive and/or sales programmes and Sales Awards to drive sales deliveries.

· Collaboration and effectiveness- Potentialize salespersons and collaboration. Ensure that we have the right sales team to focus on driving the right sales volume and portfolio for the company. Build sales team to support growth markets and manage non-performers.

· Global sales approach- Enable an agile global sales approach to adapt to our dynamic markets. Identify and drive customer service differentiation.

· Improve sales process and productivity - Simplify and harmonize our sales process (data driven)

· Marketing functions to drive company’s specific programs and directives and deliver sales results.

· Identify the Sales team training needs and work with the relevant team to equip the Sales team with the right skills and knowledge.

· Travelling: Circa 50% - travelling within the regions to meet Customers and P&L Leaders/Sales team to drive sales


Specification

· Experienced Sales Leader with at least 5 years of experience in a regional Sales Leadership capacity

· B2B sales and KAM experiences a requirement.

· Industry – professional services, sustainability and industrial services preferred.

· Experience in Sustainability is a major plus.

· Engineering degree would be an advantage.

· Experience in managing diverse/different portfolio and regions required.

· Strong interpersonal skills to manage external Customers and internal Customers.

· Strong acumen to close the sales and have a good understanding of the sales forecast; ability to act and take accountability for the sales numbers.

· Working experiences within Asia Pacific with its diverse culture and business environment preferred

· Language: Strong English is compulsory. Mandarin or Bahasa or another language is an advantage.
