Job Scope:
- Financial Reporting, Month-End Reporting and Consolidation
- Dealing with SGX and Authorities
- Some Corporate Secretary Functions, Resolutions and Managing the Board
- Dealing with Overseas Companies' Finance, Accounting, and Tax Matters
- Group Statutory Reporting and completion of the Subsidiary Accounts
- Prepares Annual Budgets, Regular Bank Reporting and Reconciliation
- Liaises with external or internal auditors
- Answers financial queries and prepares financial forecasts
- Maintains Company Compliance Standards
- Deals with Corporate, GST and any other tax compliance and reporting
- Enters invoices into the accounts payable system
- Processes payments, files and maintains supplier records
- Checks, verifies invoices and prepares cheques for payment
- Track the movement of stocks in the restaurant and our warehouse
- Record stock movements, counter-check on stock received and administer on despatch of stocks
- Performs other ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Will be required to travel
- Ideal with auditing experience
- Experience with listed companies
