Education and Experience
- 2 year degree from an accredited college/business/technical school (or the equivalent training/education in respective country).
- Information Technology related job experience, hospitality experience is beneficial.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Projects and Priorities
- Monitoring computer and network operations performing onsite and offsite backup/recovery functions and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Ensuring current systems are in compliance with Company system standards.
- Proactive and reactive maintenance of the health and integrity of all the offices IT infrastructure and iT equipment including but not limited to: Email. Desktop, Laptops, Servers, LAN infrastructure and Operating System Software– Administration and Maintenance for Tier 1 support.
- Creating disk images performs maintenance that eliminates security risks, assures appropriate local area network system access and enables dissemination of duties.
Managing Key Stakeholders Expectation
- Effective managing problems via time tracking and resolving them quickly with the business clients being informed of the situation at all times.
- On the spot/ad hoc, writing procedures, and organizing outside vendors to undertake training
- Providing applicable written communications to all the offices Associates from time to time.
Managing Key Process/Documentation
- Maintenance and completion of all establish checklists as and when required
- Compliance with applicable Company Policies and iT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other related material.
