Job Summary:

- Working Location: Clementi (West Coast)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) + Sat (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Update and engage with Stakeholders, and the Town Council regarding ongoing progress of site development.
- Manage all correspondences with LTA/QPS/Subcontractor.
- Ensure the full spectrum of letters/documents is in place.
- Ensure all feedback from stakeholders is addressed immediately with our safety and construction team and reply to stakeholders immediately on what measures we will take.
- Ensure all documents are updated promptly.
- Submit monthly PRO report to LTA and Planner for inclusion into the monthly report.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LTA projects
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
- Familiar with the LTA Insight system
