The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling sales documentation and correspondence in support of one or more managers.
Responsibilites:
- Handle paperwork such as sales contracts and financing agreement documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Update and maintain office documents
- Perform any other clerical or administrative duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as an administrative assistant required
- Computer literacy and high proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to converse well in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to manage phone calls promptly and in a professional manner
- Ability to multi-task, show good initiative and capable of working autonomously
- Good work ethics such as, willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are highly valued
