Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for business development, sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent with clients in Singapore and APAC.·You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. We would like to speak to someone who would like to build a specialist in one of our 12+ industries.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various positions across multiple industries.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance to both parties.
- Negotiate and finalize offers of employment, ensuring alignment with client expectations and candidate
- · Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume preparation, interview coaching, and salary negotiations.
- · Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Engineering or Functional)
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and client management.(MNCs)
- Experienced in successfully placing candidates in various roles and industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Service-minded , sales oriented and willing to look at progressive growth!
