Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Group Procurement to operationalize sourcing activities for Singapore users, either customized for manual sourcing or automated through system
- Facilitate users with optimized processes, communications and training to achieve efficient and effective sourcing
- Review, assess and opine for high value or material purchases to ensure sourcing meets procurement objectives at transaction level
- Participate in the evaluation of options (internal and external) for spend objective and negotiation of contracts to ensure cost efficient, of high quality and within budget
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with regulatory guidelines, bank policies and frameworks, principles and best practices as set out by prevailing Group Procurement, Group Sustainability, Compliance, Risk Management amongst others
- Represent Singapore users and stakeholders on matters relating to procure-to-pay-related systems, including system onboarding, enhancements, maintenance and user support
- Review and re-engineer bank-wide procurement process with the implementation of procurement system
- Participate in system implementation through providing user requirements, test script planning, SIT and UAT testing optimize efficiency and to optimize user experience
- Facilitate appropriate documentation, communication and training as part of change management and user support
- Monitor, analyse and provide periodic insights and reporting and updates to various stakeholders on cost optimization, responsible sourcing, third party risk management, amongst others
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance procurement or related
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
