About Our Client

Job Description
- Provide legal support on all aspects of investment projects in APAC, including the preparation of term sheets, selection and instructing external counsel in connection with negotiations.
- Prepare legal documents and support the business units.
- Support legal matters and its group companies in APAC including business operations, licensing, permits, compliance and other businesses.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates to the legal team as well as business divisions across AP region.
The Successful Applicant
- Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 4PQE in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
- Familiar with corporate matters including joint ventures, M&A, company law and due diligence.
