1. Candidate must posses at least WSQ WSH Management in Construction Industry (formally known as BCSS) Certificate.
2. Supervise works to ensure efficiency and productivity, make sure the project runs smoothly to meet the timeline, rules and regulations.
3. Ability to oversees, coaching and training workers.
4. Strong and verse skills and technical knowledge of laser cutting, steel bending fabrication, welding works and joinery works.
5. Process leadership, good communication skills, organization, critical thinking.
6. Minimum at least 10 years of relevant experience and knowledge.
7. Working days - 6 days (willing to work long hours as and when requires)
