- Sources and prepares information for participation in tender exercise.
- Obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements.
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process.
- Other Ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- ITE/ Diploma/ Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Building, Quantity Survey/ Civil or related is welcome to apply. NO Experience is require.
- $3500-$5500 (Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification).
- 5 day work week.
