Job Description
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hotels
- Negotiate best available rates, amenities, and value-adds for room inventory
- Collaborate with hotels on promotional packages and marketing campaigns
- Rate/Inventory Analysis
- Analyse hotel pricing data, occupancy trends, and market dynamics
- Identify opportunities for rate discounts based on demand periods
- Manage room inventory and rate loading across online platforms
- Account Growth and Retention
- Grow hotel supplier accounts across new markets and properties
- Ensure customer satisfaction by securing competitive rates
The Successful Applicant
- Experienced in rate negotiation, with an extensive network of hotel contacts to secure the most competitive rates
- Background knowledge of industry pricing structures and revenue management principles
