Responsibilities :
- handle general office administrative duties : answering phone calls & attending to visitors;
- scanning documents, maintain proper recording & filing;
- matching invoices, PO & DO;
- administrative support to office;
- other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
- complete secondary school;
- able to work independently under minimal supervision;
- proficient in Microsoft Office;
- willing to work in fast pace enviornment;
- able to work within short period of notice.
